Sliding Fee Scale

Discount program available

We believe everyone deserves access to quality healthcare services no matter their income or financial situation

We understand that medical expenses can be a burden, and that’s why we offer a sliding fee scale to help make our services accessible and affordable for you and your family.

Our sliding fee scale can help lower the cost of medical services based on your income level and family size. This means that the amount you pay for medical services will be based on your ability to pay, which helps you receive the care you need within your budget.
