Seguin Family Health Center Patients:

Dr. Nicholas Trujillo MD Pediatrician will be leaving our Center as of November 26, 2021 and will be relocating to Los Fresnos, Texas. We would like to thank Dr. Trujillo for his service and the care he has provided our pediatric population for the past five years.
His patients will continue to be given care by one of our new providers, Angela Davis, PNP. She comes to us from a practice in San Marcos and is a clinical instructor in the nursing program with Texas Lutheran University.
