CHCSCT has a vision to offer preventive and primary care services
and treatment of the sick, injured, afflicted, disabled, without regard
for any person’s race, color, creed, national origin, sex, age, religion,
economic status, or disability.
Opportunities
preventive and primary health care throughout the entire life cycle of the
individuals we serve, who in general, may not be able to receive care
elsewhere, especially patients with Medicaid, Medicare, and those who
are medically uninsured or underinsured.
Further, CHCSCT’s trained and dedicated staff provides high quality:
• prenatal, post-partum care and, when possible delivery care when
not adequately available through another agency
• well-baby care, including immunizations, and to provide care for
pediatric patients who are ill
